Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition with all tags, sweatbands, and protective films intact; footwear must be returned in the original brand box.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep pickup within 2-3 business days at no additional cost for valid exchange requests.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse team verifies the returned gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.
